The Notes panel shows the notes that have been entered for the currently selected wound assessment. It is divided into three tabs. Depending upon system configuration one or more of these tabs may not be present.
Patient tab The Patient tab displays patient information. This information typically does not change from visit to visit. |

Visit tab The Visit tab displays information specific to a visit but not specific to a particular wound assessment. Selecting a different wound assessment may change the information displayed on the Visit tab, as the new assessment could belong to a different visit. |

Wound tab The Wound tab displays information specific to an individual wound assessment. When a different wound assessment is selected, the information in this tab will be updated to reflect information collected for that wound assessment. |

Edit button Click the Edit button to edit the information in the current tab. Click on fields to enter and edit information. When you are finished editing notes, click on the Update button to save your changes. You can also discard changes made by clicking on the Cancel button. |

Group The notes are categorized into groups. Groups and items can be customized using the Organizations menu in Admin. See Notes Administration. |

Notes item Item names and how data is entered in SilhouetteCentral Desktop and SilhouetteConnect can be customized using the Organization > Notes menu in Admin. See Notes Administration. |

Data entered Data entered against a notes item is displayed to the right-hand side of the tab. For note items that contain one or more SilhouetteStar image (most likely captured via use of a protocol within SilhouetteConnect) thumbnails are shown. The thumbnails can be clicked and will change the selected image within the Images Panel. |

Notes audit history An icon displayed against a notes item indicates that data has been changed. Move the cursor over the icon to display the audit history.
Information displayed includes the date changes were made, the old and new values, and the user who made the change. |
