Visit

The Visit column displays the list of visits for the currently selected wound.

The visit and assessment highlighted in gray determine the images shown in the Images panel and the notes displayed in the Notes panel (Visit and Wound tabs).

Assessment

When multiple assessments are made on the same visit, the last assessment of the visit is displayed higher in the list.

In the example above, there are two assessments made on 2011-12-14.

Baseline Assessment

The baseline assessment is indicated by the asterisk beside the assessment in the assessments panel. To change which assessment is currently selected as the baseline assessment, hover the mouse cursor over an assessment row in the assessments panel. This will pop up a panel, as shown below, containing a button which will set that assessment as the baseline assessment.

If the assessment is already a baseline assessment, the button will be grayed out.
